Terrible customer service, I normally never leave reviews, but I really feel like there should be some type of public service letting people know what a terrible business this is. Please take your business somewhere with transparency. When you are making large purchases you should have peace of mind knowing the company has integrity, they do not. I will never purchase from them or use their services for anything.

Preston and Keith are the very best in the business! I don’t trust anyone else with my jewelry. Preston just created two custom rings for me. They are the most beautiful pieces of jewelry that I will cherish forever. The process was so seamless, I cannot believe how quickly he was able to make these for me. I will continue to recommend over and over. You guys have the best prices and your professionalism is top notch. Thank you a million times. I’m already dreaming up my next creation.

Preston and Keith were beyond amazing! They were so patient and accommodating during the process of choosing a ring. They took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted.
