I was in search of a watch repair shop to adjust the links on my nephew’s band for graduation and within half an hour of finding them on Google, I came in. Roberta was so nice on the phone and Keith was extremely personable and knowledgeable on 2 visits during that week while I was in town from TX. I was also able to view some of their merchandise and learn that they carry my favorite watch brand, Tissot. I will certainly be shopping with them in the near future!

I have been going to Platnium Jewelers for the past 8 years. They have great friendly customer service. They make you feel like family. Lane has helped me design several pieces from things I did not wear anymore. My son and son in law both have bought their engagement rings here well below price of other store with the same value. Roberta does a great job with all my appraisal needs. Preston will look and find whatever stone you may be looking for. Excellent quality and service !!!!

I brought a yellow gold ring to be sized, when I got it back it had a rhodium finish. They aren’t real friendly either.
