Do not hire him. He does take pride in his work. He has endless excuses for work not getting done. Could not even instal a shower drain correctly. It is higher than the tile on one side of the shower so water pools. Check him out on BBB !

When having work done in my home i found Charles online. I told him that the previous person i called was not a licensed contractor so we were unable to hire him because if we needed permits for our job this would not be possible. He said you don't need permits for this job, but i am licensed. I said we were waiting for the mold company to give the green light and he said if we wanted him to do the job he would need the deposit.
