I had my brows done at Platinum Ink Beauty & Head Spa and couldn’t be happier. Lily was incredibly professional – she started with a thorough consultation, explained colour options and techniques, but still let me lead the decision. The whole experience was so relaxing that I didn’t feel any pain at all. Her home clinic is spotless, modern, and has such a calming vibe. I left feeling confident and cared for. I’d definitely recommend Lily to anyone looking for high-quality, professional brow services.

Lily was so lovely and professional, she made me very comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had never had dermaplaning done before so she explained the process thoroughly and the results were beautiful! I had my two small children with me and she accommodated us all so well. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be returning.
