Have worked w Platinum for over 20 years. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Quick to resolve IT issues when called upon. Excellent remote and on-site service!
After 1 year of service, the hardware they required us to install has caused issues with our software of which they have shown no interest in fixing. Many service requests have been completely ignored. Especially if they are smaller issues. The only time we received good support was during a crisis situation where our whole server had gone down.
