James Rorke was very pleased with our portion of drywall in regards to one of his renovations. We supplied and installed the drywall, taped and finished the walls and ceilings, textured, sanded, cleaned up, and touched up the walls in a timely manner, along with the quality to back it up. BEWARE!!!!..James Rorke does not pay his sub-contractors or employees, platinum has had a name change to Phoenix Property restoration and Westcoast Abatement the Calgary division
I am still fighting for pay from platinum disaster restoration, plus for my t4's. James Worik (his real name) operates his business in a very shady way, he's in it for as much dollar for himself. He doesn't care about his clients and not even his employee's. I am currently pending on bringing him to civil court but he's now saying he's claiming bankruptcy. BEWARE of this company. I highly suggest avoiding them.
Asked them to clean carpets. They removed the carpets and threw out my couch. Without permission. Took them to court and won, they never paid what they owed me. Public documents revealed that they have judgments against them by dozens, including a church they scammed. BEWARE!!!
