My first experience with Platinum Hyundai was good on regular car service where it was done so quickly as not many customers there it turned around in 45-55 minutes with a full explanation of what they did on the vehicle. I enjoyed the facility and appreciated Mr Nick who turned around this service so quickly.
I’ve been coming to this service center since I purchased my car My sister noticed dents on the side of my car which weren’t there She worked for her dad and knows very well about cars! She said to call the center because that happened when they lift car to do matenance or do tire rotations I called and they said they couldn’t do anything about it! Mind you I don’t take my car anywhere but here in Tracy I’m very upset they have to take responsibility for their workers if it was an accident they should’ve let me know! Not jus... read more
This Hyundai Service Center does not listen to potential customers that request service with a level 4 warranty.
Poor staff, poor response even for booked appointments. Poor service intake staff.
