Top shelf all the way around. Great service, extremely professional, and willing to go beyond the extra mile to make sure their customers issues are resolved. They came and saved my wife and I at 7:30pm on Labor Day! The amazing and intelligent techs worked into the dark and solved a problem two other HVAC companies could not figure out. Had the best experience with Ivan. Ivan was knowledgeable, he explained to me what was wrong with my AC and what he was going to do to fix it. He was friendly and respectful. I recommend Platinum HVAC to everyone that wants the best job done on your HVAC.
Eduard was very professional and friendly. After moving in to a rental home, several days later, we discovered water on the floor by the AC handler. He responded on time and quickly got to work. He located a buried drain line in the yard, took the time to dig it out and installed pipe to allow my AC to drain properly/ cleaned everything throughly. Highly recommend Eduard!
