I booked an appointment on line for a color/highlight and haircut on April 2 for that afternoon. I quickly realized that I wouldn't have enough time before my next appointment. I called at least 20 times and every time it said called failed. I finally thought I got through and left a message to cancel my appointment. Apparently, I did not. I used Amber Vickers three times now at Platinum House. She is absolutely amazing! She listens to everything you have to say and will ask questions to clarify. She has always double checked before proceeding with anything and made sure I was happy. Their prices are typical and their hair washing station is very comfortable.
