Completely positive experience with Platinum Homes. They remodeled my primary bath a few years ago and just completed another bathroom renovation. I cannot speak to the craftsmanship of this company. I made an appointment for them to come out the following Friday at 10:30. They instead showed up that's Friday when I was unavailable. They apologized and said they'd be back the next week. On the scheduled Friday, they never showed up, never called, and never texted. When I called the cell phone of the person who showed up the wrong day, it went straight to voicemail. When I called the office number, it also went to voicemail.
