Terrible. Heat stopped working within 4 hours and they claimed they can't come back out because the heat is working- even though I explained that it isn't. It is 13 degrees outside and they refuse to address their poor service.
Horrible customer service. The rep hung up on our face when we’re trying to plan a date for them to come and service our bathroom. Very rude and unprofessional.
