I believe they (Alex & Ethan) were dishonest at worst and misleading at best about the estimates given for work to be done to my garage. Their initial written estimate listed 2 prices: $8200 and a final $7600. I stated very clearly that I was requesting and needed financing for the project. Nothing was written on the estimate (or stated verbally, that I recall) stating one or both prices was a "cash offer." They even helped us decorate and choose modern and timeless furniture to make it last for the future.
