I have used Platinum Home Mortgage twice now. My first experience was to refinance the first home I bought. The second time was to buy our most recent home. I've had great experiences with Jon and Shannon. They make the loan process simple. I received better interest rates than I could at a large bank (e.g. Chase, Wells Fargo, BoA, etc.). Also, their closing cost were much lower than what I was quoted elsewhere. I still recommend to shop around, but definitely check with Platinum Home Mortgage too. Platinum Home Mortgage was nothing but excellent. The team took very good care of us during the whole process from the initial stages of finding the right mortgage loan to helping close escrow. Koka, Shannon, & Jon we’re a great team and really proactive in getting the job done as efficient and diligent as possible. Thank you all again for such great client service.

I am a repeat client of Jon’s and have executed both purchase and refinancing transactions with him. Our initial deal closed over ten years ago but I have remained in touch with him because Jon has demonstrated he is knowledgeable about the market, financing options and is very responsive when contacted. No longer residing in the San Gabriel Valley, I still seek out Jon and his team for my financial needs.
