I worked with the branch manager Jon Copeland. The process of buying a home is a stressful one and in our case, it was a bit more complicated. Jon was always available to answer all of our questions, he kept us informed every step of the way and above all, he was very calm and positive, even in the moments that I was not. We feel very blessed that we had the opportunity to work with Jon. Thank you Jon! We love our new home!!!!

I went all the way to appraisal with another lender, but they didn’t knew how loans work... Anyway in overall it was a horrible experience.... I found Jon and was referred to him, not only did he helped me with my refinance (I was getting the run around from a lot of people) he was very clear and honest about everything....
