My experience with Platinum Home Inspections(Bill Riga)has been great!!! From gut rehabs to new construction Bill will answer your questions and find any and all issues with the property(EVEN NEW CONSTRUCTION).You will receive a detailed report which is great. I had two inspections on different properties(NACA) with Bill and WOW was he on top of it!!! This is a huge purchase and its one you want to be sure of......so no suprises 3months after you close. Excellent InspectorReport was concise and to the point and there was a condensed version for my realtor and attorney. An excellent learning experience for me as a first time home buyer.
