I highly recommend the guys from the Chantilly office! To be honest, when a couple of guys showed up one day informing that we had roof damage due to recent storm, I was skeptical. All in all pretty painless experience. They handled all the insurance negotiations and did a very nice job on the roof.
I had a great experience from the start even with our first quote on siding to the second a year later. We also worked efficiently together to choose the right materials. Then the install team that Platinum Home Design partnered with for installing my project was excellent. They were thorough and did everything I could have asked (but didn’t have to). James and the entire Platinum Home team were top notch from beginning to end and very responsive throughout the entire process. James especially was great working with the adjuster and my insurance company through the claims process too. If you're in the market for a new roof definitely give them a call.
