Andy and his team replaced our boiler and whole heating/hot water system - including all the radiators and heating pipes. They also did a complete bathroom refurb. They were brilliant throughout. Andy involved us at every step of the process and provided a detailed schedule of the works which he stuck to. Platinum provided outstanding service and skilled workmanship whilst completing a number of projects in our home over a period of weeks: New combi boiler to replace old heating system. New heating pipework throughout the house (replacing microbore piping). New radiators throughout. Complete bathroom refurb. When we renovated and extended our home, Platinum carried out all the heating and plumbing installation, and their yearly maintenance is always on-time and competitive. A great team to work with
Always amazing service from Andy and all the team since I moved to Goring in 2019. Platinum built me a beautiful new bathroom, serviced the radiators, gas boiler and hot water cylinder before i moved in. They also service these yearly. Especially great service as Andy and team liaised with the other trades of painters and the floor contractor whilst I still lived in London. Highly recommend and totally trust them to access and lock up property if you can't be at home for their visit, which is a big plus.
