I rang this number as I had blocked toilets at my Exeter office and I was abroad at the time, so needed someone quick. They charged me £298 which covered me for 1 hour and full rodding etc. They arrived quickly and cleared the blockage via the outside drain cover. The chap was only there for 5mins and left. over the next 2 x days the problem built back up again and the toilets were still blocked. when I phoned to tell them they wanted a further £198 to come out again.
