Noah was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest with me about my situation and offered his advice in a professional manner. Highly recommend him and hope to deal with him in the future. I had my new furnace and air conditioner put in today by three guys Moose,Sam,and Armando. Very great guys all of them very friendly helpful knowledgeable did a great job. I would highly recommend any three of those gentlemen to anyone looking for heating or cooling issues.
Platinum Heating and Cooling was by far the best price we received on a new furnace and air conditioning system. They were extremely responsive to calls and emails and came right on time like they said. The installers were all very professional and nice. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC/Furnace repairs or replacements.
Moose, you're spoiling us, sir. Thanks for tag teaming this boiler issue of ours. Noah started us off with the diagnostic, new pump, and workaround. Moose got us up and running with the replacement actuator and some electrical reconfiguration, and now we're flowing in the right direction, literally! I can't say how much you all at PH&C have helped us keep our home comfortable, cozy, and complete. Big hugs to all of you from the Welch family!!
Noah was great! Our heat went out last night. Called Platinum the next morning and they were working on my furnace that same morning. Noah communicated with me the whole time ensuring I understood the process. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, a new furnace was needed, but their pricing will beat anyone in town. Great experience 10 out of 10!
My HVAC system went out over the weekend. I called Monday morning at 8am and had a tech at my house an hour later. The tech, Noah, was great. He determined the problem, explained the issue, and what was needed for repair. He had the replacement part swapped out and everything back and running within an hour. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Well done, Platinum!
