Had our first visit from Platinum today. Noah was exceptional. Very responsive and courteous at every turn. Very informative in answering any questions and ensured we understood everything. I was impressed with the service we received and would not hesitate to call Platinum again for any of our HVAC needs. Thank you Noah and Platinum for helping with our furnace issue. Look forward to working with you again in the future!
Our old furnace stopped working and we needed someone to come right away. We didn't want our pipes to freeze, so we called them. They were able to come right away within an hour to diagnosis the problem. We decided to get a new furnace and they were able to do it the next day. They didn't leave a mess for us to clean up either. They were very good to work with. Would definitely recommend them!
The only place I could get to answer on the weekend. Very accommodating. Noah did a great job diagnosing the issue. Super nice and thorough. Moose replaced our furnace on Christmas Eve and made our Christmas warm and comfortable. Super friendly and professional. Knows his stuff for sure. Can't say enough how awesome Platinum was to work with.
Fantastic service so far. Everyone from Noah to the installation tech Moose installed perfectly and provided exceptional service. Some initial issues after installation but thats to be expected with the electronics of the system I purchased. Im sure a system without all of the bells and whistles would go even better. Looking forward to working with these guys for the foreseeable future.
I called Platinum first thing in the morning with a non-working furnace and talked with Noah who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He scheduled me for later in the day, but then called back as he had some time open up early. Once at the house, Noah worked quickly and thoroughly to diagnose the problem and guided me through the whole process so I would know what happened.
