The only place I could get to answer on the weekend. Very accommodating. Noah did a great job diagnosing the issue. Super nice and thorough. Moose replaced our furnace on Christmas Eve and made our Christmas warm and comfortable. Super friendly and professional. Knows his stuff for sure. Can't say enough how awesome Platinum was to work with.
Excellent service and communication though this whole process! Our furnace went out on 1/22/26 and Noah came out within a couple hours of me calling and did the diagnosis. Before he left, he left me with four nice heaters to use. I then received an estimate the next morning and moved forward. VERY reasonable pricing for furnace and AC. Our old furnace stopped working and we needed someone to come right away. We didn't want our pipes to freeze, so we called them. They were able to come right away within an hour to diagnosis the problem. We decided to get a new furnace and they were able to do it the next day. They didn't leave a mess for us to clean up either. They were very good to work with. Would definitely recommend them!
I'm writing a review not because I've retained Platinum for any reason in the past, but just to share my experience from today. First and foremost: Noah the service tech was incredibly helpful when I spoke to him on the phone earlier. I'd like to thank him again for assisting me. He was able to remove me from their advertising list in just a couple of minutes. Exceptional service! Our furnace went down during a period of extremely cold temps, Platinum snuck us in the same day we called. Noah is Awesome! He is friendly, explained what was going on with our heater, quickly took care of the issue and had us fixed up and warm again in no time. Thank you so much to everyone, we appreciate you very much and highly recommend!
