Terrible company to deal with. Had an appointment for this past Wednesday and changed it to today Friday. Without any notification they changed it to the following Tuesday. When asked why someone wouldn’t be assigned today, they said if I needed to place an emergency call I should pay $299. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. Stay away.
Platinum heating and cooling was exactly that! Platinum service!! They were awesome all around from communication, to pricing and quality work! Don't go anywhere else!
Platinum was amazing from the moment I called them to after everything was done. They're super friendly and they get the job done fast. The tech was super respectful and chill. You can tell they really care about doing things right and their customers.
