Ben was awesome! Very honest and went above and beyond what he actually came to my place to do. My husband is away a lot for business and needed to have an honest company to meet my HVAC needs. So happy I found one!
My AC went out and I searched online for help. I wasn't able to reach out to anybody but Platinum called me back within 5 minutes, I spoke to the technician and he responded to my house in less than 15 mins (wow). Benjamin was very professional and is very knowledgable. He was able to fix my AC within minutes. My air went out Saturday night at about 10pm. Called Platinum the next day and Ben came out, on a Sunday, within a couple hours. Showed, up, fixed my problem within about 5 minutes and had my house cooling down in no time. Fantastic, courteous, prompt service that I would recommend to anyone. He really saved me when I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get anyone out.
This company is beyond amazing! Ben is so quick on getting repairs taken care of!
Platinum guys came out super fast after requesting services at 6am. They were here by 8:14am - determined p-trap had froze and got my unit back up and running within 30 minutes. Highly recommended and would definitely use their services again!!!!!!
