Made an appointment for my husband. there was no notice that insurance will not be taken for a hearing exam and when we look them up, their website states they do Tinnitus Management and Comprehensive Diagnostic Testing. We were not given any options except to receive hearing aids and then paid full out-of-pocket for the visit. Do not waste your time here.
All this place is there for us your money! They never disclosed anything or how they operate. Set up an appointment don’t ask questions then tell you to see an ENT but take your money for something you have already had done through your insurance for free!
Appointment was on time. Technician was fast and efficient. Hearing aids are working perfectly with no whistling feedback.
I have a profound hearing loss on the brink of needing a Cochlear Implant.Laura set up my new Phonaks with earmolds today instead. She’s excellent. I think this will work! Platinum Hearing is superb!
