Having been to several audiologists and technicians (like at Costco) I finally found Platinum Hearing where I feel that my needs came first. For example, instead of having me try a few instruments for a few minutes and then decide which is best, Platinum Hearing allows the customer to try several brands for a few days or even a week so you can make a decision in real life situations.
