Used in home services for my elderly father, and could not recommend against this company enough. Over promised and under delivered. Had multiple issues with multiple support workers on several different occasions. Upon speaking with the support workers most had minimal experience and didn’t actually want to be doing the work, they were using it as a bridge for another job. Also incredibly overpriced.
