Update: Shelly no longer works at Platinum, so I decided to have the owner, Tawny, (which was at the time, circa Oct 2024, the only hairstylist working here) do my hair. I was very specific and booked the baylage again. It cost a pretty penny. The entire experience was kind of catastrophic. Her daughter was hanging out there, which is fine. Selina is absolutely wonderful. This is the second salon I’ve followed her to, and she never disappoints. Her haircuts, hair color are 10/10. She is so professional and friendly. I love our convos, too! Highly recommend Platinum Hair Studios!!
Ladies BEWARE if you want honest and quality care do NOT go to this salon and waste your time or money! I am not a first time client. I actually have been back to see the owner Tawny a few times now and I am HORRIFIED by the services I received from Selina on 3/15/2026. I went in for a haircut and to touch up my money piece that was already existing and blonde.
