I have thick hair and a lot of hair. I came to the salon because I had gotten a bad haircut from another place and needed my hair fixed. I made an appointment with Payten. Payten was amazing. She walked through with me what she was seeing as the problem with my hair and talked with me about options. She took into consideration my lifestyle - I am low maintenance and active so I needed to be able to wash and go and put my hair back when exercising.
