Fully equipped commercial gym with 2 locations (Torbay and CBS). Friendly staff & welcoming atmosphere, non-intimidating, great for beginners. Very clean & bright, with air purification systems at both locations which are NASA approved and kill the COVID-19 virus on surfaces & in the air within 3 minutes. Great rates, easy to cancel, we accommodate rotation workers, we freeze for work & medical reasons

Removed access to fob and now asking $20 to get a new one. No prior communication. Changed payment system, continued to charge me but revoked access. When I reached out to find a resolution, the person managing the email gave me a sarcastic attitude (ie. "I sweat"). Terrible management.
