Best gym in Walsall, best equipment too for people who are advanced and beginners
Went here on a business trip. It reminded me of the way gyms used to be before the franchise gym invasion. Full of friendly meat heads! I got a squat PB, which I am attributing to the serious lifter atmosphere and Tom Platz staring down at me judgingly from a poster on the wall. Fantastic gym.
Good old skool gym with some added modern pieces, highly recommend
