I can't speak enough about how happy I am in selecting Platinum Grout. We had an urgent need to correct some shifting of large tiles that caused hairline cracks. Shawn took the time to carefully remove the existing tiles, grind down the backing to be even, and replace with new tiles and grout. Very punctual, too.
