Went to Platinum Granite and just got our Taj Mahal countertop and backsplash installed by them. They gave us a price far better than any other company could even come close to. Sam came and took the measurements and explained their process to us. Everything was done professionally. The installers, Ahmad and Adam were great. Ahmad really wanted to make sure we were happy with his work and the final result. Great job and company.
Very easy to work with, clear communication through out the whole process. When I came into the office they showed me all different kinds of granite and recommend me the best one, so of course I had to choose it! Instillation was also easy and quick 10/10 would recommend !!

They have a great selection of granite and quartz, and the quality of the workmanship really shows in the final result. Everything was completed on time, and the installation was clean. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and excellent customer service.
3 weeks ago I contacted Platinum because the sink they installed with the quartz counter has detached itself from the counter, leaving an inch gap where water falls under the cabinet. The business is now under new administration and what a difference it makes. When you phone they just say Hello, you are not even sure you are calling Platinum and this was the case the 3 times I called.
