Kinsey Murphy did a great job for us. She kept us informed on each and every step from finding a great interest rate to letting us know when the appraiser would be available. She walked us through the entire process, explaining parts that might have been a bit confusing. She called regularly to see if we had any questions and to let us know where we were in the process.
