Update: The court decided in our favor, and I will give Blake credit for refunding our deposit within a month. —- Oof. Just stay away from Blake and Platinum. Blake was very accommodating when it came to getting an estimate (roughly $22k) in June of last year. I asked for an August start, but because they were (understandably) busy, I was promised September.
