The doctor was nice and the place is very nice and clean I had no issues got my glasses they worked great but unfortunately they broke by accident and the lady that works in the glasses section she wants to charge me money for a replacement pair but my insurance covers it 100% and she’s lying me that it don’t and she even went and said that I can’t get a replacement pair I had to wait so long of a time frame to call and ask agein now she’s charging me money when I know my health insurance covers it
Dr. Ghaleb is very professional and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! He took all the time to address my questions and my concerns. Staff Is very friendly. Highly recommend this place.
