The girls at the front desk act like little kids and ignore the phones!!! They need to hire adults not children!!! They were laughing so loud that I didn't hear endocrinology employee call my name. After being there some time, I asked the girls on the endocrinology side if they called my name. They said they called my name awhile ago. They took me back, there very nice and helpful on the endocrinology side but platinum eyes not so much!!!!
I had an amazing experience with Hanin. She taught me how to put in and remove my contact lenses in just minutes. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Her patience, skill, and clear instructions gave me so much confidence. Truly outstanding service-I'm so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone learning contacts for the first time.
Dr. Tokko the ophthalmologist, was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
