Platinum Exterior received payment from my insurance company to replace hail--damaged roof. Installation error caused several leaks, one of which was severe. The company fired the representative whose crew installed the roof and who was also handling repair of damage. After his firing, the company will not answer or return our calls to complete repair work. Problem with vent installation reported shortly after installation.
