Everything with the original design was GREAT before. The PRIVACY Wash bays that gives you FULL WASH are now gone forever. I USED to live going out on my time schedule. With a few singles vacuum, Wand Wash at my pace. With consideration to others if they were waiting. Now us with ANY ACCESSORIES, PLOWS etc are SCREWED. We now can't get the salt, ice off anymore. Very fast and good wash!
5 stars not only because even the basic wash was clean and vacuum service gives me everything I need but also because service with employees was great. Young man who was running the pay station was very good to chat with and even remembered me from my last visit months ago.
1st car wash and it looks great! Definitely going back again. Great customer service
