Wouldn't even give them a 1 star . Won a $300 gardening voucher, so didn't need to use it at the time, and there was no expiry date. When l needed it and rang. l was told they didn't do gardening anymore and they couldn't do anything about it. It was 8 months after l won it.

Update to clarify. We engaged Platinum for property services and renovation work and Platinum cost us so much unnecessary stress and we lost thousands because we engaged them. We were looking to get lots of work done by Platinum but it took them months to provide quotes (they said it was because they’d lost their quote/scheduling staff) and the quotes they did provide were confusing (leading us to ask multiple times what the very expensive quote actually covered), didn’t breakdown what was included or it’s costs, doubled up ... read more

We engaged Platinum for us for property services and they cost us so much unnecessary stress and we lost thousands because we engaged (they couldn’t do an understandable quote meaning we lost rent income waiting for them and they overcharged on everything they did). They were also horrible to deal with. I wish we had never engaged them for work.

We recently hired platinum electrical/security to supply and install some hikvision security equipment. From the quoting process through to the installation and final setup, they where fantastic, very well priced, prompt !!, knowledgeable and professional. I won't hesitate to use them in the future to expand said security or any electrical work. An excellent experience from Tom and his team.
