Great family business-excellent service-and excellent work – I cannot tell you enough about this dry cleaner. One of the best, if not the best in lakeview. This family owned business puts people first. A steady stream of urbanites can be found entering and exiting at all hours. People often stay to chat. A relaxing atmosphere is found. Platinum - Crazy Awful Customer Service; Will Destroy Your Clothes – DO NOT. DO NOT! give these people your clothes. I gave them my favorite black dress to be dry cleaned and they put a bright white slanted line through the middle of it. I took it back to the store and the guy got super-defensive and told me that the dress "probably came that way" and he refused to do anything for me.
