Platinum Dish did an excellent job catering our wedding! They did a phenomenal job helping us develop our menu and facilitating our tasting. We're especially grateful for how well they were able to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions. My husband with gluten and tree nut allergies had plenty to eat at his own wedding! Jenny and Paul had excellent and timely communication with us throughout the planning process.
Delicious Food - Beautiful Presentation! Thank you Paul for orchestrating a beautiful menu for our son's engagement party. Not only was everything beautifully presented it was delicious. We especially loved the chicken and waffles, artichoke fritters, gazpacho shooters, and vegan cookie dough served on mini ice cream cones. When Paul learned that our future daughter-in-law loved apples, he created a chocolate dipped apple creation just for her! I would highly recommend Platinum Dish!
Paul and the crew have been catering our church events for years and all I can say is Wow! The food is always on time, set up properly, served at the right temperature and most importantly, DELICIOUS! Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful. The presentation is first-rate. What more can anyone ask of a caterer? We have been blessed to have found a caterer that we can depend on to do things right every time, and we hope this partnership continues for the long term. We were thrilled with Platinum Dish when we had our 60th anniversary party. The food was delicious (especially recommend the Mexicali corn). Paul and Jenny were right on time and proved to be sensitive to our needs and moved the serving up a bit. They made this special event easy and festive. Highly recommend.
