Doctor and nurses were so kind and patient and helped me get on a payment plan and walked me thru everything with utmost care and love . Dr Richardson was so informative and the best dentist I ever had. He was attentive to my pain and gave me what I needed and even though we had to move to another room it was swift good care to the end. They were patient to listen to my jokes too. Will not be coming back! First of all when I called as a new patient they took 15 min to schedule me because they kept trying to schedule me and my 4 year old on different days or with hours between our appointments. Then I told them I wanted to sign up for their yearly plan and they said don’t worry about it because your first cleaning is free and then you can sign up after. Then when I went to check out they told me my cleaning wasn’t free and I had to pay $60 for me and $40 for my son while on their yearly plan which I wa... read more
Always feel so important and well taken care of by all the staff within Platinum Dental. Recently got me taken care of and out of excruciating pain just days before my vacation. So thankful for Dr Robinson and Dr Morris who had to help out too. And always thankful for Dr Acevedo who’s always been there for me for over 6 years now!! The staff is amazing and the results are wonderful. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further you found the best!
