We had our deck built with Platinum 2 years ago and were so happy with the entire project- cost, quality, appearance, speed, etc. We needed a support post looked at and worked on today, and Colby did a fantastic job! Platinum Decks was not on our original list of providers to reach out to but we met our sales rep Bacchus at a home show and the rest is history! The sales meeting wasn’t too “pitchy” and the quote was very fair (we had a cedar deck quote come in higher and a separate composite quote use PD’s measurements and come in at 3x the price!) My deck was built in 2023 and I had a small chip on the corner of one of my steps. I sent an email to Platinum explaining the damage and received a response the same day stating someone would contact me in 2-3 weeks. About 2 weeks later Matt called to say he was coming to do the repair work. He was courteous and friendly and did an excellent job in repairing my step. I would highly recommend Platinum Decking.
We love our new deck from Platinum Decking! Everything was smooth from start to finish. Bacchus was so helpful and knowledgeable during our selections. Matt and the team worked quickly and did a fantastic job! We can’t wait to enjoy the summers out there.
