Do not trust this company. A 7 day build turned into a 6 month nightmare that still isn’t finished. We finally had to tell them to not come back. Failed inspections. Awful workmanship. Built the whole thing crooked and all the posts were in the wrong spot. They made 4 attempts at fixing it. Never succeeded. They buried their trash and debris in our yard. Platinum Decking just finished our project this afternoon. Jeff was our sales/designer and Sebastian our crew manager. We could not be more pleased with both the results and the process. They were professional, patient, and helpful above and beyond the norm. We had a lot of questions and last minute changes and never once felt we were not listened to very carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend Platinum Decking to anyone needing a new deck! Thank you for all your hard work!
In addition to replacing our patio, I also recently had Platinum Decking replace our older cedar deck using Trex and am very happy with their work. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales, design and communication process was exceptional, and the installation team were true craftsman who did a fantastic job with great attention to detail including final cleanup and helping to program the light transformer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Platinum to my friends and family. 5 stars!
After getting a few quotes I decided to go with Platinum which wasn't the lowest bid, but it was the most comprehensive and thorough proposal presented. I did a resurface to a 30 year old deck and my biggest initial concern was the structure. I needed a contractor to commit to ensuring any wrong original design or rotten wood would be corrected. I had platnum decking come out to power wash my deck last month (that they built) It had tree dirt and sap all over it Matt brought it back to brand new status couldn’t be happier. Thanks Kyle (owner) and Matt for taking such great care of me.
