These guys are the best. The replacement of our 33 year old deck got complicated when they removed the old deck and we discovered a swamp underneath due to a sump pump drain line which had been broken in multiple places for a considerable time. They worked with us while we had plumbers fix the problem and got the area dried up. When we were comfortable with the repairs they then resumed their work resulting in a beautiful new deck that we could not be happier with. Fantastic experience from our visit at the home show to design through completion. Leah worked hard with us to create an amazing design and then the crew did an amazing job with the installation. We live Southside so it was a little harder for team to come down this way but communication was very strong and always professional and we could not be happier with the outcome!
We are really impressed with the quality of our new patio. It only took them four days from demo of old deck to completion of new patio! The work crew did an outstanding job cleaning up each day. We really like Grace Jones talking us through the process and assisting us in making good decisions. Another huge plus is the lifetime warranty and it’s transferable! We highly recommend Platinum Deck & Patio. It’s pricy, but you get what you pay for, premium quality and workmanship.
They completed a small porch for me with in a day. It was a small job, and despite a minor miscommunication in the design, it was completed properly.
