NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE!! BE WARNED EVERYONE! John Chetwood came by to give me estimates on building a spa/pool. For a 9 AM appointment, he showed up at 7 AM! I had asked him to text/call before he came - he never did. Instead of an apology, his response was "Well I am here now!!".
