NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE!! BE WARNED EVERYONE! John Chetwood came by to give me estimates on building a spa/pool. For a 9 AM appointment, he showed up at 7 AM! I had asked him to text/call before he came - he never did. Instead of an apology, his response was "Well I am here now!!". Took my requirements (they were still evolving) and gave me estimates a few days later. Details missing on the estimates .. says things like "large spa" (what size?? Was in the process of building our pool. Took our money, have not returned calls, email or text messages. BUYER BEWARE! Do not use this company!
Not very phone friendly – Platinum Pools installed our pool for us. From the onset we have had issues getting them to return our calls. Now, almost 3 years later we have an issue with our waterfall. It is cracking and water is running out the back where it shouldn't. I expect it is out of warrenty, but would still like to have it fixed. My wife has been calling them for over 4 weeks.
