I recieved prompt communicatons and was happy to recieve the help that I did. I learned im not quite ready to recieve their full service but they still took the time to advise me on the steps I could take on my own. Yes the steps include things that they could do, but why take me on as a client and charge for things I could accomplish, and also knowing I wasn't in a position to complete the process.
