Highly recommend! They are very easy to work with. They respond quickly to service calls. They take the stress out of maintaining and servicing your professional copier machine. They're always a phone call or an email away and it's budget-friendly for the amount of work we use it.

We have been doing business with Platinum (previously Skelton) for several years and are very happy with their products and service. Collin Grimes is great to work with. He is quick to respond when we need something or have questions. He really does provide exceptional customer service. Platinum has great technicians also. When we need someone, they're out quickly and are so knowledgeable our needs are taken care of in short order.
