Had a leak on my porch roof that was repaired 3 years ago but recently failed. Worked with Kevin at Platinum Roofing and he recommended using an impermeable sealant called Gaco. Goes on in liquid form and solidifies to a rubber like surface with no seams. Rained for a few hours the other night and not a sign of leakage. Great suggestion and work!

This past July, I placed my rental townhome for sale. I lived there 13 yrs prior and it has always been my “baby”. Upon listing, my realtor asked the age of the roof.
