I was blown away with the level of service provided. Quick, professional and friendly. I wouldn't call anyone else.
Mr. Bates came out today for an HVAC issue. A previous HVAC company told me Carrier recommended replacing the board, and then the blower if that didn't fix the issue. This cost was quoted to me from the previous HVAC as approximately $2,500 for both. Replacing the system with a new system was approximately $7,800 for a 14 SEAR. Mr. Bates, within less than 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat. He fully tested our furnace and A/C. Total parts and labor = approximately $235.00.
