Amazing
The staff is fantastic: the doormen, the gym staff, cleaning teams, etc. The building is well-maintained: always clean, good gym, good sauna. Of course the location is hectic and noisy: noise from police and ambulances going on 8th Avenue, constant flow of tourists… but ignoring the location, the staff and management are top-notch, so 5 stars for them
Roe @ 11pm @ night was such a good concierge. Very nice. Such a good worker!!!
The staff working here is phenomenal.
