The company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ron spent an extensive amount of time with me going through the process and helping to pick out a color. The guys showed up on time to do the project and were very accommodating. We just love the final product. Would highly recommend using this company and having this done. What an upgrade!!!
Platinum Concrete did our garage floor, and it looks amazing! It begs us to turn it into another room now it looks that good, but the cars will remain the primary beneficiary for now. :-) The job went completely as advertised, done in a day, professional, and easy to work with. I hired Platinum Concrete Coatings to cover our basement floor that had a few small cracks and stains. We are repeat customers and first hired them to cover our garage floor. Needless to say they did an exceptional job. Kedin and Obed arrived around 9:00 am and were done by 2:30. They were super nice and their communication before and after completion was informative and detailed. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
The rep that 1st came to our house, Hardy, was very knowledgeable about the process. Explained it in detail, went through all the options. I liked the warranty as well. The crew was professional, courteous & timely. Nothing was left behind, nothing to clean when they finished. We would highly recommend their quality product/service.
