While on a long holiday from America, my bangs (fringe) got unruly and took scissors to them. In desperation I reached out to Platinum and they were able to fit me in for a long overdue haircut. Brooke was amazing. Not only is she talented with scissors, she is just so sweet and engaging. My visit to Platinum is one of the highlights of our stay in the Blue Mountains.

I had a colour, cut, conditioning treatment and a blow dry (all by Brooke a week ago) and I absolutely love my hair. I was very nervous going to a new hairdresser for the first time and went off the great reviews the salon had when deciding to try Platinum Concept Hair & Beauty. Brooke listened to me when I said that I didn't want too much off beyond what had to come off for the split ends and that I wanted layers / more lift. We are travelling around Australia and I came in today to get my hair cut short. Belinda was the best and it was the best service I've ever had. We went through some photo to see what type of hair cut i was looking for, She kept asking question and wanted feedback as she was cutting my hair.
