I had an outstanding experience with Gerber Collision in Caddo Mills! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Maryland, the technician who took care of our truck, was incredibly informative and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Communication was always on point, and I truly appreciated knowing exactly what was happening with our truck every step of the way. This was my first collision I didn't know who to trust in repairing my Jeep but decided in Gerber collision and glass the first day I dropped off my Jeep I talked to Ashley she had already called Enterprise to pick me up and take me to Greenville where they are located. Second time I’ve been here, unfortunately, but also fortunately because I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else to get my car done. Always great customer service, informed during the process and my car was done a lot sooner than what was anticipated. Will return again if someone else decides to hit me
They are one of the preferred places for our insurance so when my wife got rear ended recently we came here to get it repaired. They were great at keeping us in the loop as far as the progress on our repair. The car looks great and I'd recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs in the area.
