This business doesn't exist. I made an appointment for a quote using their online booking system. Received an email that confirmed an appointment with Edith at 12:30. Drove to the address to find the door locked and the space empty. Tried to call the phone number on the website, out of service. According to the business next door, they moved out months ago. Just wasted an hour and a half of my time.
My Highlander had a bumper dent and the repair with painting was done by Platinum team very well. My two worries are: they took 6 days instead of 3 days. Also, I noticed a missing part (end cap on the passenger side) from the Cargo carrier and immediately reported. I didn't get any response from them even after writing to them.
I took my truck in for some minor bummer repair and the team at Platinum gave me a quote on the spot and the following week my truck was in for repair. When my schedule changed they were more than accommodating and the work took less than a day. If I need any kind of body work again I'll be coming back! This is a great business with the platinum members especially Edith ..Great!! and thanks as well to Agustin they’re all very accommodating persons.
My car was hit in a fender bender and I brought it to Edith and her team for autobody repair. I'm not a person who gives out compliments easily, but I was very impressed with their quick response and they followed up when they said they would. It's hard these days to find business that uphold that level of professionalism, quick response, and courtesy. I was very wowwed by Platinum Collision, and how they treated me and my car.
