Tony was on time, very pleasant and changed both start batteries.
They had a part on backorder and when it came in they called me and made an appointment, installed the door lock part. Everything is working now, thanks guy's.
Five star service all the way! They came out to my RV right when they said they would. They did a thorough diagnosis and proceeded to install a new part. Along with that, I mentioned that my Girard awning remote control had been programmed incorrectly (at a different RV repair facility) so they took care of that too... right away. All in all, they were at my RV for 1.25 hours. Compare that to the 2 to 3 weeks another facility wanted to keep my RV until they could get to those repairs. Steve runs a great business.
